Rumours

As always at this time of year there are a number of rumours about the manager’s situation and the coming and going of players.

Sadly the rumours of players coming in are very limited.

But here is a summary of rumours going around (and of course they may be just that….rumours).

Manager – variety of options here, with Rupert supposedly looking at Peter Taylor or Sam Allardyce replace Pearson.

Can’t see, either happening, and still think favourite is for Pearson to stay (why would he be commenting on the pre-season friend lies on the official site, if he weren’t staying).

Players – Strong(ish) rumours are that Ostlund, Powel and II, have all been released.
All were on reasonable salaries and all were injured more often than they were fit, so would make sense.

No new on Jermaine Wright or Licka.
