Stern John has joined Bristol City on loan until Jan 1st.

While I have never been a great John fan, he is currently the only forward we have who has any experience and knows where the back of the net is.

We are losing points and fans because of this short falling, and to now loan out the only guy who could come in hold the ball up and score goals seems nothing short of madness.

We finally seemed to have grasped the necessity for experience, and gain a hard fought (if slightly lucky) goalless draw against Sheffield Utd, then we promptly do this!  

Any saving on his wages would surely be balanced against even lower crowds as fans, get even more disillusioned.

We can only hope that there is a reason behind this, such as Rasiak or Saganowski returning early from loan, if not....................

We also understand Bart is on his way too.....on loan to Brighton. This makes more sense as he could do with some first team action.
